This necklace is from Dolce & Gabbana's Fall 2010 RTW. We copied this style by taking an old belt, re-fashioning it into a necklace, and adding extra charms to it.

 

This necklace can be made by buying any sort of chain link necklace, doubling it in half, adding ribbon to both ends, and then adding various charms, pins, and earrings to the links.
